Russell has business relationships with over 100 banking institutions throughout the country, which provides him the ability to assemble the ideal product to fulfill anyone's needs. Russell evaluates each client's requirements and utilizes his expertise to determine the most economical match with a specific institution's loan package.

Shanden is a ninth generation Californian and a native of Hermosa Beach. Having come from a real estate family, she began to learn about the industry from her father and stepmother at an early age. After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder, she dove into the world of Commercial production by assisting Executive Producers with the day-to-day office frenzy. From there she worked on a number of reality TV sets, and eventually went on to land in the world of Escrow.

While working with and meeting wonderful people at Brighton Escrow, she began to study for her real estate license and train to become a Mortgage Broker. She has found a home with the Goodlin Group, and is excited for her clients to feel like they are part of their family.

Tina has been in the customer service arena for over 13 years. She started in the mortgage business in 2002 and currently assists Ron Goodlin in providing exemplary customer service to each and every client. Tina takes extreme care with each client's needs and makes sure their experience is a smooth one from start to finish. Tina has lived in the South Bay her entire life and is always ready with a smile and a knowledgeable answer.

Anne graduated from the Business Management Program at Sheridan College of Applied Arts and Technology, Oakville, Canada in 1984. For 21 years, she honed her Customer and Management skills with exclusive companies such as Disney and Esprit. Her extensive experience has given her an edge in client communication, human resources and organizational leadership. Together with her knockout expertise in marketing and sales, Anne is a definite asset to the Goodlin Group. Born and raised in Canada, Anne moved to the States and together with her husband Clayton, has been enjoying the warm California weather as a happy South Bay resident for the past 7 years.
